I would probably do the same thing as Holden in some ways, avoid people who know him and try to find his thing, but I'd move to Washington state. 
I think he fancies her, because he thinks about her, and she seems to like him and get him. 

I think that people generally try to be good people, so no, I don't think people are trying to ruin things for me. People don't really ruin things for me, as far as I can think, but may be sometimes a system does, like missing a plane at an airport. Once my cat ate my poetry book cover for path, but otherwise, I can't think of anything. 

Catcher in the Rye

1. I think to be unique is to be yourself and not care what other people think, to an extent. It doesn't have to be to stand way out from the rest of the crowd, it's just being slightly different, in your own way.

2. To keep individuality in an adult word doesn't have to be dressing like Lady Gaga everyday. It's to express your opinion in a polite way, and not letting other people trump your personality.

3. My cousin, Deliah, is a very cheerful, carefree, and always laughs. She's nice and she doesn't really care what other people think. This is a lot like Allies personality.
